- GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS -

 

Voucher amount.

Vouchers are available in multiples of £5 and can be used against all full priced food items including hot and cold food, cakes and desserts.

Voucher duration.

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. These cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.

Email vouchers. CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE

Email vouchers are sent to the email address provided at point of purchase. Please keep this safe, we are unable to re-send this voucher after 14 days of purchase. The same T&Cs apply.

 

Physical vouchers.

These are available to collect from our shop (during opening hours) or can be posted for an additional cost. Postage cost/s are added to the voucher cost and must be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher. If undelivered, please get in touch here.

 

Voucher redemption.

Vouchers can be redeemed by phone or in person. Online redemption will be available soon. Either a physical voucher, printed e-voucher or digital e-voucher is required on ordering, please ensure your voucher clearly shows the expiry date, card number and authorised signature, otherwise your voucher may be rejected. 

 

Promotions & Bespoke.

Vouchers can only be redeemed on full priced items. They will not be accepted on any loyalty / promo schemes. Vouchers are not accepted on bespoke or buffet orders.

 

Refunds.

Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the order – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 order.

Transfer.

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Lost or stolen vouchers.

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
